FOH. I went to Montreal and Quebec City in 2014. Everyone I ran into spoke english in Montreal. It was about 50/50 in Quebec City though.
For breakfast, go to L'Avenue. For dinner, go to the Liverpool House.

Montreal is one of the best places for Bachelor parties in the world. Absolutely ridiculous amazing strip clubs. Allegedly.
