What the hell is up with the shady arse house on Pecue?

If you turn onto Pecue from Highland, it's basically the first house on the left. Very big house, but there is an iron fence with black fabric blocking some of the view from the road. Behind the house, there are about a dozen old big rig trailers that never move. There are usually a half dozen cars, none particularly nice, in the front.
My wife thinks it's a dog fighting operation. I think it may be a sex trafficking operation. What says the OT?
