Both. Swim laps (one mile) every day and relax in my pool on the weekends. By relax I mean kids splashing me when I try to relax

Exactly. It is like 10 minutes once a week. Backwash, rinse, make sure there are chlorine tablets, and clean out the baskets. That is about it.

On a comparison of time I spend taking care of a pool vs. enjoying the pool, it's a 100:1 situation.

My wife and youngest are out of town. My older is running the roads. I worked in yard all day. Pool was perfect. I was in it about 30 minutes and two beers worth. Although peaceful, being in a pool by yourself is kinda lame.

Can’t believe I ever got into any pool to which strangers had access. With all the piss, cah cah flakes, butt worms, duck butter, probably some sperms I’m sure, yeast infection juice, and what have you. You live and learn, amirite? And one might say what doesn’t kill you only makes you stronger - to which I would now say, at this point in my life, I’d rather just go on and die.

Do you eat at restaurants? Don’t even google it. Ignorance is bliss.

Pool was great when the kids were young, now it just sits and have to clean it all the time with no use.

The support pool water gives a good back stretching is unmatched ... truly multidirectional and minimal resistance.

Nude is best, please don't ask me how I know.

Nothing like a good workout or some yardwork, grab some beers and slip into the pool. Once it warms up enough, I’m in it just about every day.
