Golden Gate Bridge, Mt. Rushmore, Badlands National Park and the NYC skyline for me.

To see something in person after only seeing it in textbooks or on tv is really something.

Also what are some of yalls overrated sights? Niagara Falls was cool, but not amazing.

My first summer in Europe I walked around in amazement at everything. I was like a fat kid in a candy store.

From the tulip fields of Amsterdam, to the Palace of the Parliament in Bucharest... so much history; don’t think I could pin down once single place.

Couldn’t agree more. It was pretty cool, but I think everyone had way oversold it to me and I was disappointed when I finally saw it.

But if we’re going for natural and totally worth it - Carlsbad Caverns. I took the long route through and took my time. Was in there for hours. Everyone just seemed to want to blast through as fast as possible and get on to the next feature. I gladly let them pass by and occasionally I’d find myself by myself; that’s when you can listen and realize that the cave has a life to it ... the water dropping in the pools and on the rocks, the wind slowly moving about ... I’d have spent the night in there if they’d let me.

Independence Hall in Philadelphia...you can sit in the very seats where the founders of our country sat and declared our independence.
