Arrange large triangle chips flat on a plate. Cover these with your pico de gallo, jalapeños, guacamole, etc. layer of thick shredded cheese on top. Then take scoops and set on top of this cheese layer, get a spoon and fill each scoop with seasoned ground beef, salsa and sour cream. Add a top layer of shredded cheese. Put in oven until cheese melts forming a layer holding it all in place. Pick up triangle chip with scoop balanced on top, perfect nacho with all flavors

I don't know why, but this is how I think of them.
Ballpark nachos = Round
Nachos with more than just gooey cheese = triangle
