I would suspect this depends heavily on how much the woman thinks she "has to lose" which is code for how rich is her husband and how good are his lawyers. We should probably cue up the whole "transactional" sex argument now.

I worked in a bar for years. If your woman enjoys sex and you work a lot or work away from her she's going to cheat on you.
The shitty thing is they say we are animals. They can be despicable in the ssense they can hide it so well and seem to show no remorse. A guy will fuak up eventually and/or come clean with guilt.

I'm going to err on the side of caution, and say 15%.
I'm sure most of you will say 'What? No damned way it is that low!'
But, bear with my thinking a moment; half of women are, in a society where obesity is rampant, utterly unfrickable. There's also the elderly and post menopausal, the shut-ins, the beaten if they look wrong, and the simply too busy/bitchy to screw around types as well.
While the overall pool is low, the specific pool within which the cheaters congregate is very concentrated-- it may well be 70% among office working women under 150 pounds-- they just have to carry the rest of the fricking useless population with them.

There was a kind of alarming british study from a few years ago that just looked at dna results... And the results indicated a surprisingly high number of men who thought they were fathers were raising someone else's children.
