Who doesn't have their own electrician? I live on 233 acres of land. I gave s acres to my personal electrician, to my personal plumber, my personal HVAC guy, my personal pool guy, all three of my maids, to each of my four landscape guys, I have two masseuses who live together in one of the pool houses. And I gave only an acre to my four "miscellaneous" workers.
