Hopefully your dentist gave you a script for some antibiotics to fight off infection, something like amox or ciprofloxacin. Ditto for some type of pain reliever.

Gently massage area with 3% peroxide with a soft tooth brush to help ward off infection.

Periodically rinse mouth with warm water and salt.

Use warm packs on your face. Never use cold packs.

For pain, Ibuprofen and something like Ora-Gel.

Use clove oil or oil of oregano.

Despite what others may say, avoid alcohol because it lessens your body's ability to fight infections and it will neutralize most antibiotics.

Up to 1600mg Ibuprofen (8x200mg tabs). RX ibuprofen are 800mg and the bottle usually says to take 1-2 as needed.

Saltwater rinse with warm water can help.

The orajel shite at the store.

Get drunk and high until you pass out.

Take a hammer and smash your little toe. You will forget all about the tooth for a while.

Goods, BC powder etc.

After pouring in mouth use tongue to spread around affected tooth. Instant relief.

Tylenol or aspirin tablet will work also but have to hold over affected tooth till it dissolves.

Only temporary though so get to dentist to get antibiotics and get it fixed after infection has cleared

I’m watch this show called Dopesick and they are talking about something called Oxicotn sounds like it would do the trick. Supposedly less than 1% get addicted and it works great. The more you take the better it works. Of course I’m only on episode 1 but looks like a great product.

I did 1500mg of Tylenol every 3 hours until I got to the dentist. They took me right away and stabbed me with the Novocain and went to work.

Advil, Motrin, Aleve, or Tylenol (as long as you aren’t allergic) will help with the pain.
(I have discovered that taking 2-3 Advils and 1 Extra-Strength Tylenol together can be very effective in providing pain relief for toothaches.)

Swish a couple ounces of peroxide on it for a few minutes. It foams when it hits the infection. Relieves pain pretty quickly. Spit it out, repeat as necessary.
