From experience I can tell you if a woman is single beyond 28 or so it will NOT take long to figure out why. Every now and then a good one may go thru divorce and the first guy that takes her out after scoops her up. I call those unicorns. Trying to find someone in today's world is so bad that even almost 15 years later, once or twice a week I wish I could go back and married my first fiancee. Definitely one of the dumbest choices I have made looking back

when I was 24 I dated a 32 year old for a few months. I quickly found out why she was single while fairly well off, 0 ex husbands, fit, pretty, and no kids. She was absolutely nuts.
