My son. Lost him 3 and a half years ago. I remember his good qualities and try to learn from him. He was one of the most selfless, loving individuals I have ever known. He was always comfortable in his own skin, and people loved him for being himself.

Very sorry for your loss.

You seem to mean motivation as well as inspiration. They are two separate things, so I shall answer them separately.

I am most inspired by the genius that has come before me, both man-made and natural. We truly stand on the shoulders of giants.

I am most motivated, however, by my dissatisfaction with my own works. I will be known by them, thus they cannot fall short. No one has higher expectations of me than myself.

I appreciate you drawing a distinction between motivation and inspiration. I guess for me the things that inspire me are external and what motivates me is internal.

The hope of bama winning yet another natty.

jk - for me it's my little girl and God. Work unfortunately drives me more than it should and it impacts my mood even at home.

My Aunt Nora and Uncle John. Faithful Christians who help the less fortunate with scholarships and opportunities. They lift others up and provide a hand up instead of a hand out. They have lived 84 years and have been married 65 years. Uncle John graduated from LSU in 1958 with a degree in agricultural science and with a degree in business.

I’m inspired by Pez. Give me a Pez dispenser and a few refills and just point me in the direction you want me to go.

My parents and brother. Beyond that I am not sure.

I have some friends back in Louisiana who are truly selfless and decent people. Don't know many people here in PA. I don't really like anyone I work with.

I drawn inspiration from my younger brother who was sick for years yet worked full time and earned a degree. He was better than me and stronger than me in all ways, he deserved a better life than the one he had.

I live my life trying to be good enough to have made him proud of me and honor him.
