Mid week

Hamburgers (grill or on the stove) and fries. That is all my 5 year old wants.

Weekend

Couple of filets, steamed broccoli, and potatoes (baked or cubed with olive oil)

Salmon and rice.

We eat salmon at least once a week. The Fresh Market by us sells a good sized salmon filet for ~$35 bucks from Friday-Sunday. I take it home, slice it up, and get a solid 8-10 filets from it consistently that I freeze.

We prefer couscous to rice though, and add in some honey-glazed carrots, roasted broccoli and parmesan or a fresh baby spinach salad.

Rate to medium rare ribeye, garlic/applewood bacon mashed potatoes, and I just happen to like petit pois or broccoli spears.

Go-To as in a pinch hit easy meal to make? Chicken fajitas. Marinated chicken and veggies on smoker. Mexican rice. Watermelon.

Serve yourself fajitas ready to go.

Ground meat gravy and rice. It’s hamburger steaks except I just brown the ground meat and don’t form patties. Season everything the same, always have mushrooms and onion in the gravy. Always served with sweet peas. I could eat it every day.

That sounds good, and simple as shite.

I forgot the gravy and spices, but it's all good
Does that make the quinoa, etc. taste better?
