Raging bull at Great America is amazing def the classic there. They've recently built Goliath and x flight that are both so badass.... tough choice.

They have not aged well. They rattle so much that it makes your head hurt. Wife and I went in last November.

What was the one at Astroworld? Wikipedia says it was the Texas Cyclone, but I thought it was The Texas Giant.

The big wooden one... It was bad arse in it's day.

Magnum-XL @ Cedar Point @ night close to closing time where you can ride/get off/ride again.

A thrilling ride with just enough G-force where it doesn't break your neck riding it.

Rockin roller coaster. I could ride this all day long, but I absolutely hate the long slow climbs of other roller coasters.

Went to Lagoon in Farmstead, Utah, outside of Salt Lake City earlier this month and their new roller coaster is legit.

Though cedar point is my favorite park.

I love The Beast... Wish it used the terrain more. For "old school" wooden coaster - I love Thunderbolt at Kennywood (it's built on the side of a steep ravine and the woods are pretty dense along side it).

I'm about 8 years out of the loop (no pun intended) as far as getting back up to Ohio is concerned. As a result - I still have the Intimidator 305 at Kings Dominion at the top of my list. The Titan at Six Flags over Texas has a similar vibe but to a lesser degree.

This!

I was at King's Island many years ago. It happened to be the day after there were 3 deaths in 2 unrelated incidents. Not a soul in the park. Beast, Bat, Racer, you name it. Walk on and ride.
