I make my own all the time. Vanilla with freshly grated nutmeg is awesome, so is chocolate with fresh picked mint, although chocolate with freshly chopped walnuts is really good too. And then there's vanilla with just a couple drops of sesame oil, and vanilla with a bit of butter extract flavoring. The cherry extract is too artificial tasting unless I go with a strong coffee flavor like cherry choco coffee.
Is a really handy dandy thing, especially having 2 of the freezer cylinders to alternate in the freezer so one is always ready
