Yeah, got more than I expected tbh. Gave most of it away after drying. Been thanked a lot for that recently, people like to microdose every other day and swear its positive for cognitive and memory function.

Not current, but back in the late 70’s/early 80’s, Dungeons & Dragons was the shite.

I remember it being in the news, how people were losing their minds from the game, couldn’t separate reality from fantasy.
I remember some kind of after school special, about a kid losing his mind from it.
Churches were saying it was the Devil’s game.

You play any of the expansions?

We've been playing Cities and Knights a lot and it's a great extra layer of complexity on top of the base game. Also just got Traders and Barbarians and going to bust it out soon

I'm really good at Clue. I rarely lose. I have a method. The method has diminishing effect as more and more players are added, but if you got 3 or 4, it is deadly.

Which, of course, made kids want to play it even more. If the pearl clutchers had kept their mouth shut, it might never have gotten as popular or had the staying power. All of today's DM's owe a debt of gratitude to those people.

Good game but the expansion is trash.

Betrayal at Baldur’s Gate is much better overall. Haunt challenges are hard as frick to figure out, much less win if you aren’t the revealer.
