If you're being serious you better get to a doctor and get that under control. High blood pressure is exactly the reason I had a stroke a little over a year ago and while I have been able to recover for the most part it was a long, drawn out and difficult process.
Don't play around with something like that, it will put you in your grave if you're not careful
