yea we have ropes. Both climbing and battle ropes. Sometimes they are hard to incorporate into a workout for time if the class is a little bigger. But they are there is we want to work them

not sure I'll ever join a cross fit gym, but I'm starting to incorporate a handful of things done by crossfit...a few knowledgeable people I've come across sell the practical side of cross fit to me and I think that's why I'm starting to lean towards some of it...may have to try the 3 free workouts just to get a better idea of it all

not only beneficial to every day life, they help you with some of your lifts. Cleans, deadlifts. pullups too. Overall will help you feel more confident doing these things.
I like farmers carry, plate pinching, anything with thick rope. shite just hanging from a pullup bar for as long as possible. things like that
