What is this thing where guys are looking at their cell phone

while using the urinal? Can't you even take a piss without looking at your cell phone? I saw this today at Mike Anderson's, and it's not the first time. Is this the new restroom etiquette?

Its actually the opposite of the point your are trying to make. If I'm at a urinal that means I'm out in public and being social, and therefor not on my phone. When i go to piss i use that time to do phone stuff that im not doing when with others.
