What is there to do along the FLA Panhandle?

Aside from me googling and what not to find different little spots to visit, anyone know of any good spots to visit? We will be going down to Panama City working our way back along the coast West.
I found this town Rosemary Beach. Very nice and east coast feel...Seaside also looks nice and I see they have a ton of shops and food trucks in that area.
Just looking to explore and find new spots along the coast instead of the usual spots.
Food Recommendations, places to visit, see, is what I'm looking for TIA!

A lot of good golf courses in the area if you play.

If you'll be in an SUV there are many offroad trails on 30A. Nothing too hairy, just sandy trails mostly.

Well Falling Waters State Park is on the list of things to see...So we will start there then head south. South is Panama City, not really looking to spend time in Panama..but its not a terrible place to begin. St. George Lighthouse is also in the mix possibly at the beginning? We would go further east if there was anything to see.
