Most of my install crews are fueled by nothing but Burger King, Monster energy drinks, and a steady stream of cigarettes. I keep telling them they're going to die before 35.
I think the BK is the worst of the 3... it really is disgusting.

Monster energy drinks,
These things will eventually kill millions.
I see those guys at the Quick Trip in the mornings who work on yard crews buying 3 or 4 of those things every morning.

I never understood why you would put a burger on a donut.

Soft Drinks
A typical 12 oz can is 140 calories and 40 grams of carbs & sugar.
When people drink 4, 5, or 6 of these a day it adds up.

That's just for the mornings. They buy 3 or 4 more at lunch. It's the damndest thing. I will drink one on a VERY rare occasion if I just really need a jolt, but I generally hate them.
Most of our installers are fairly young so they work until 5 (sometimes later) and then party almost every damn night until 2 or 3 AM, back into work by 7. Those things are the only way they function throughout the day.

I used to drink at least 2 a day. Sometimes 3-4 on the weekends. Basically a soda with every meal and with any snacks between meals.

At the KY State Fair this year, they had a bacon double cheeseburger and the buns were Krispy Crème glazed donuts. I can't think of anything in the world fatter and more ridiculous than that.

Yes.
A coworker of mine keeps Dr. Pepper 10 in the office fridge, he goes through 4 or 5 just during the work day, no telling how many before/after. They are the 10-calorie version, but it's still terrible for you.

Ever been to circle k? 89 cents for 44 oz sods. Thats a lot of sugar.
How about beer as my final answer to the op question

Ukrainians love to eat lard and mayonnaise sandwiches. That sounds pretty unhealthy.
