Even after being married 11 years, my husband’s credit accounts were never automatically added to my report (and vice versa) unless we co-signed on something.
He used HER IDENTITY to incur the debt and then they got married which makes it hard to claim she didn’t know what was going on. People say fighting straight up identity theft is tough. Now imagine you were married to the suspect.

I know a few people that jumped into marriage, almost exclusively Aggies, that are divorced before most of their non-Aggie friends are 27

Friend of mine was going to get divorced but they didn't.

My mother once told me one of her coworkers got divorced a few days into their honeymoon.

Derp. Totally missed that part. How in the world did he buy property?! I’m just blown away by some of these. I feel like there has to be a level of willful ignorance/ignored red flags. Regardless, nobody deserves this shite.

People can be VERY GOOD at hiding who they truly are. And they are so good the trick all the people around them. All I’m going to say.

I only have two things to say
1: You're an idiot
2: You're an idiot

2: You're an idiot

Scares the crap out of me. Maybe Chantel’s parents are right to hire that PI

I will say yes.
And mine wasn’t a 90 day situation
it was 4 years before the wedding.

That is a glass half full statement if I’ve ever heard one.

It happened again. She didn't forgive him. She took half his paycheck, kept the house, kept the kids and he is living in a medium grade apartment making MD money
Sounds like she was adding more money the more times he cheated.

Friend played baseball with a kid from out of state. His dad was the coach. Kid ended up staying the summer at their house. Well he was tagging his wife the whole time. Now he is with her. Crazy shite.

She was “in love” she says. I think she heard the “I am going to die alone” clock ticking and let that cloud her judgement. I knew something was up with him and I met him twice for an hour each time.

Imagine you have worked your arse off to get through med school and residency. Get married somewhere along the way because you were so busy busting your arse you fell in love/married anyone who talked to you. Also, because you’re smart enough to pass all the bio and chem classes, you might be a little nerdy.
Then you get a real job making some serious money.
and you have a captive audience that really has to pay attention to you because it is part of their job.
I’ve worked with lots of doctors who follow the above scenario. Most are good guys, nice guys. But all your focus and energy has been on one thing, being a good doctor. Now you’re out in the world with money.
It’s surprising how many how many fall into the trap. Not all mind you, but some really smart guys do some really stupid shite.
One doc fooling around at work had girlfriends husband come beat his arse on his own front lawn in front of family and neighbors. Leg sweep left with an ACL that will forever give him problems. Divorced
Another got caught with his girlfriend at work and wife found out. Wife started coming to work with him to make sure he wasn’t continuing with said affair.
Which upset the practice partners because many of them had something similar going and didn’t want to be found out. Wife wound up setting the girlfriends locker on fire
Another was on his 3rd or fourth nurse/wife.
She got him drunk and ready for sexy time and suggested they do it outside by the pool.
He was found outside naked trying to break into his own house after she locked the doors behind him. He was angry and made threats. Threw garbage cans at the windows. She got the house
It’s shocking how many doctors live paycheck to paycheck because they became a corporation when they got their practice and they have no business training, so they hand it all to someone who screws them over. And add in they might be supporting two households.
The above guys are known to people on this board. At least one reads this board

Good friend of mine married a cute girl. Bought her some nice boobs. Next thing you know, her coworker is plowing her. He finds out, follows her to the bar where she is meeting him to kick his arse. Gets his arse kicked and she dumps him. The boobs were financed in his name and he had to keep paying that per the divorse settlement.
Frick that...no way I'd make that payment. Lol. He did, though. Frick that was shitty.
