You on suboxone now? Lincoln Nova hands it out like candy.
Not really, they cap everyone at 8 mg a day which wasn't enough but it did certainly help. And then I got the sublecade shot when I was leaving

Vaping. To me vapes are worse than cigs. The nicotine delivery from a few puffs is so much more potent than what you get from a cigarette. Extremely addicting.

So, you’re on suboxone..
when do you plan to get off and get sober?

I would say eating chocolate particularly peanut butter cups and Carmelo bars. And, no I’m not gay, I just liked those.

Suboxone is sober. But no not on that any longer and I am sober.

My bat-shite crazy ex-wife. I tried several times to end the relationship, but she'd call me about something and the next thing I knew we were in the sack together. I finally maned up enough to get out of that.

Soda. I quit smoking relatively easy. I quit drinking soda for a couple years but I went back to drinking it again. I try not to drink it that much, but I drink at least a couple Coke or Dr. Pepper Zeros a day.

Bridget Phetasy says smoking was harder to quit than heroin.

Also, how long has it been since you had a sublicade injection?

Xanax withdrawals were pretty awful.

Some people handle it differently than others. If they want to stay sober it could be like nothing for them, but if the desire to drink it still there it can be a living hell where every waking minute (and sometimes even when sleeping) can be filled with intrusive thoughts of having a drink. Like most substances, but particularly alcohol, try to get them into new routines, hobbies, that sort of thing. Alcohol is particularly insidious because of how pervasive it is. You can’t walk into many grocery stores or gas stations without being surrounded by it, and it is a ubiquitous part of social activities. Until they’re more established in their sobriety, try to avoid the sorts of gatherings that center around it. In Louisiana, that can be very hard to do. Good luck.

Probably 6 months or so. Why is suboxone not sober? For me there’s zero high at all. It just staves off withdrawal symptoms and helps to keep me from using.
For an opiate naive person yes the buprenorphine can get you pretty loaded. But I’m not that, so it doesn’t at all.
