What is The Texas Military Department??

Heard this term a few times on the news lately. I’ve never heard it before.
National guard, Texas National Guard, air National guard. Heard all of these at different times in my life.
Obligatory “Thanks Trump”!

You may have heard them called “y’all quaeda”
Since texas has so many Muslims its normal for these groups to pop up

National Guard and Air National Guard are two different services, Army and USAF. Every state has both.
