Arming pin from a USMC test nuke (only USMC test nuke drop was made by my Dad). The nuke was not nuked up. They wanted to see if a Skyraider could handle one.

A few items my Grandpa snagged from WW2. Including:
-His purple heart and silver star
-A full size Nazi flag taken from Germany
-An original copy of Mein Kampf
-A tie taken from Hitler's apt in Germany, which very well could've been worn by him

WWII and WWI military rifles from various countries and a nice Bell and Howell 35 mm bombsight camera in original transport box with lenses and accessories. Too old and lazy for pics.

My grandfathers WWII medals
Bronze Star
Purple Heart x 2
Distinguished Unit citation
European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign
The badass motherfricker charged between two mg nests drawing their fire while his squad flanked them. He got cut down, taking a round in each knee. This was at Bloody Anzio in 1944. Went AWOL from the hospital and served in his company’s supply office until they all went home in 1946.
His company went from N.Africa to Sicily to Italy.
I could buy Trump Tower tomorrow and those medals would still be the most valuable thing I’ve ever owned to me.

Dad's NFL contract from 69, and recruitment letters from nearly every football team in the NFL and CFL. Had never seen these before until after he passed away and we found them in a bag in the closet.

A homemade framed display of a doubloon from every parade sometime in the 80s
Monetary value not much, but my grandfather had a goal to see and get a doubloon from every parade and by damn he did it. I celebrate that victory and hang next to my framed tickets from every race of triple crown California Chrome year. Similar no value but clearly mission accomplished moment in my life.
Next favorite is my ticket from American Phaorah Belmont win
