When I was in Korea I had live octopus that was moving around on a plate. Also ate dog meat (gaegogi), and sea urchin sushi. I gagged on the urchin it was terrible.

With chicken and duck feet, it's the sounds of the bones being spit one at a time onto a plate.

Worst so far: sea urchins and sea cucumbers at a Chinese Restaurant in Houston. Kept them down until I returned the visiting Chinese scientists to their hotel. Drove to the next hotel parking lot and barfed. And barfed. And barfed.

It didn't help that I knew what I was eating.

Nutria rat? Is that considered nasty? It wasn't the best thing I ever ate.. Not even close, but its no different than eating squirrel or rabbit..

Warm Pickled Donkey Stomach at this roadside restaurant in Shandong, China.

Stomach is circled. Next to it is cold Donkey Rump Roast

This was the next donkey to be butchered right outside the restaurant.
