Yea you could basically lease one for 2 years for free with the incentives applied. Last time I was there back in May I counted like 12 of them in 20 minutes in evening traffic on 400.

I actually have an answer for that one. Until it was recently killed, the xterra in 4x4 was THE vehicle to have in heavy snow mountanous terrain. It was good in snow, yes. But the main benefit over new jeeps is the transmission. It holds up very well to high loads and high rpm.
Old 4runners are very popular there too.
As for louisiana, there are at least two 760s parked at the island in plaquemine mpst days. That's a small country club. A LOT of money runs through that place though.

As an owner of a 2011 Xterra I was genuinely bummed out earlier today when I saw the press release saying it's being killed.

I have an 03 I just can't kill. Poor thing sees just as much woods time as highway and it keeps on ticking.
Yeah, the writing has been on the wall for a while.
Very sad.
They are underpowered pigs, but god are they durable.
