I don’t know about the main part of campus, but John’s Hopkins hospital/Shock Trauma is not a good area.

In fact, the University of New Mexico was the only college to break 900 criminal offenses over the past five years.

Ive driven on the campus and didnt notice anything crazy, but Ive been in some hood arse clubs in Albuquerque.

Just overall, New Mexico is hood.

Immediate area around campus ain’t bad.

There’s not a complete drop off like north of the Northgate of LSU or toward Scott Street at UofH.

Nobody reports crime in Jackson so it doesn’t show here, but the overwhelming number one has to be Jackson State.

B) And yes, it depends on what your definition of danger is. I consider it turning kids into communists and turning them against civility and the state. Berkeley is clearly #1 there.

Morningside Heights?

George Carlin, who grew up there, liked to call it "White Harlem"

I’m skeptical about the Univ. of Maine’s listing. If Maine isn’t the safest state, it’s one of them.

lol university of chicago is not dangerous at all. Don't let the name fool you. Im guessing you never been to Hyde Park. Too much money and rich people for it to be dangerous.

The neighborhood directly to Hyde Park's west is one of the worst in Chicago.

Hyde Park is an island in a shithole. And it does have a lot of non-violent crime itself.

University of Detroit Mercy. It’s located on 6 Mile and Livernois (freaking yikes).

Like others schools mentioned, this one is definitely gated and fenced in.

I recall reading Wayne State, also located in Detroit, was also pretty dicey.
