We require all of our millwrights to have a minimum tool list and box when they start with our company and then they have 6 months to purchase other tools that will be required for the job that most people would not have in a standard box. We supply all of the specialty tools that are needed though. We also provide them with necessary documentation that they may need for tax time and having to buy the tools.

watched a guy I knew get involved with my ex.

For those who want backstory on the trainwreck: When we were in college it became clear that all she wanted was the perfect social media life. The pressure to propose to her, get married, have kids etc....in college!! To add to it she lived 10 feet up her parents arse at all time. I knew if I stayed in that my future would be rushing to have kids and spending my life in house down the street from them.

We broke up and he starts dating her...in less than a year engaged, few months later married, few months later shes pregnant. Every now and then her posts pop up on my news feed. They have 3 kids, he's never in any of the pictures. It's just her and her parents. The dude was a means to an end.

I know a guy who is about to be murdered because of a poorly handled dry cleaning drop off situation.

This year was the last.

But that's not what this board is for. If I want to go talk about mind numbingly stupid shite my university has done over the years then I go to the rant.

A buddy of mine used to play black jack a lot with me.

I had no clue the dude was underage, i was 22 and he was apparently 19. He used his brother's ID and everyone at L'Auberge knew him by his brother's name. He got drunk one night and accidentally handed a dealer his real ID instead of his player's card.

He still isn't allowed back

It’s hard to decide, but probably my best friend getting remarried at 26 yrs old to a complete bitch that everyone hated who was the polar opposite of him. We all told him not to, but he was 6 months past his first divorce and wasn’t thinking clearly. Then he got her pregnant.

Now they’re getting divorced

I should have been more specific. If it's an established company that's different. If it is a one man "company" and he tells you the day of the "interview" that you can start right away, but before you do... You have to pay him $250 for tools needed to install satellites. If I recall, he claimed he was a contractor hired by Direct TV.

This wasn't meant to be a political thread, but how can so many people love this dude? Don the Con! Before I get called a "libtard" or some shite, I am a registered Republican and consider myself independent. I think ultra conservatives are just as stupid as ultra liberals.. Just because they have the same mindset, it's just over different views.

With that said, Trump's best interest isn't this country. It's himself. He isn't a real Republican. He is whatever he has to be in order to get what he wants. He don't really care about issues that don't concern him. The whole immigration situation.. You think he really has an interest to work towards fixing the problem?

Steve Bannon knew that Trump had to get people, who don't vote on a regular basis, out to the polls. And to get those type of people to the polls, there needs to be issues they are extremely passionate about on the table. He is a fricking con artist.
