What is the definition to you who calls herself a feminist?

My wife is a feminist but between washing my clothes, fixing me dinner, and sucking my dick she doesn't really have an opinion on the definition.

Equity feminist,basically a normal person who wants equality and fair play. Acknowledges common sense differences between the sexes. Most people, whether they realize it or nor are in this category. They win arguments and persuade thoughtful people.

Gender feminist, basically the shrill, strident SJW variety that subscribes to Marxist explanations about gender differences or outcomes. Wherever they go there is discord and anger. They are to gender discussions what BLM are to race discussions; irrational grievance agitators and propagandists.

Sad part about being a feminist is it seems to only come from anger and despair.

To me, feminist is not PRO-WOMAN, but in actuality , just anti-man.

No they're feminist. It's just that the term of feminist has been drug through the mud by two types of people. The first type that are your fem Nazi types that think men should be wiped from the face of the Earth or the second type that think the great feminist movement right now should be geared toward dumb shite like allowing teenage girls to wear leggings at school with their asses hanging out and blaming male culture (versus just common sense societal standards) for it. Then you can throw in a newer wave that's come along with BLM of militant black feminists who think white feminists hurt their cause and should be shunned for it.

Over history you've always had different levels of feminism, but this most recent wave has been incredibly discriminatory towards "common sense" feminists who are comfortable with societal standards but want women to get credit where credit is due. We're being represented by a loud minority that doesn't represent the majority (like so many other causes these days).

I disagree. Feminists were needed in the earlier parts of the last century, but aside from places where there is still an issue with women being beaten and demeaned, these true feminists have turned into egalitarians. Really all an egalitarian is is someone who thinks that all people should be treated equally. In places like the Middle East, true feminists are still needed, but I think they are largely either an irrelevant or hypocritical breed in our current society. Yes the feminist movement has been highjacked, but I'm not sure if it's needed in our current country's atmosphere.
