Can you link where you got the information about Painter " shelled out a bit of money in a civil suit" I'd like to see that.

There are a bunch of stories behind the allegations and I can't remember all the details to them nor is it my place to post them. So I'm not posting all I know because of that. I wouldn't be able to answer all the questions that would follow. No I'm not a member of his family.

They built those two parks over by city hall in the last few years. Bring my kids to them all the time.

That park has been there for 20 years. They just put a spray ground on it. It is very popular with residents.

I knew AP was headed down the wrong path when I talked to him. It was when he was first trying to get elected. He said our park system was a bigger issue than infrastructure.

Spray ground, building was completely rebuilt, new parking area, new dry park area, new beach volleyball
But yeah, the parish owned the land, not sure how you don't count that as a new park.
