You wouldn't believe me if I told you and it was the Saturday before Fat Tuesday. I will add that some bars require a 15% tip for the waitress and sell limo rides for the entertainment that is included on the bill....so there's that.

Cocktail is a strong word. We sold 3 beers and simple mixed drinks. Didn't even have a limo...but when people didn't try to tip in wampum (beads) I made a killing. I miss those days...my rent was 400 bucks!
