"melt" wasn't even a thing when most of those occurred.

Did you not even read the OP?
No need to be so defensive.

Ironically, it looks like this thread itself may cause the biggest TD melt.

It's the only event on the list where I broke shite in anger.

If I were a Republican I'd be clamoring for it. It'd honestly be much, much worse for the Dems than the clown currently in office.
I agree with this. We better be careful what we wish for.

I don't know why people call the Statue removal a "melt". SJWs crying over Trump becoming president is a "melt" because they lost fair and square. An election was held to determine who the president would be just like there always has been.
The decision to remove the statues should be a big deal. Who says that the Mayor of New Orleans has the right to just do away with pieces of iconic art? There was no public decision to remove these statues and tax payers are paying for the removal. I would call this a genuine concern for political figures overstepping their power.

1/9/12 and its not even close
Clearly. 5 years later and people will answer questions regarding the worst tragedies by simply posting that date. Almost like it 9/11 significant.

The biggest melts have been football losses. Not even close.

That was last week. I think he's a Turkish spy now.

What is the 2 for 5
think that was a football National Signing Day thing... LSU was going after 5 high profile recruits... thought they could get all 5... got 2
forget what year though and who
we missed out on Landon Collins' brother who was later kicked off Florida's team and never heard from again, Speedy Noil who was essentially dismissed from A&M and just went undrafted, and Hootie Jones a career backup DB for bama.
We got Leonard Fournette and Jamal Adams.
Perhaps we will all look back 3-4 years from now and be happy that these statues came down.
