I’ve seen some pretty crazy transformations in that time when people simply eat well.

I've lost 10 lbs since the stay at home order was put in place

Back when I was a fat load a few years ago, I lost 30lbs from mid June to mid August just with diet (Keto, but I'm sure others would work too) and going on more walks/runs. You can definitely make a lifestyle change while all this craziness is going on, but it takes commitment.

Well, not wearing a mask doesn't make you look really smart here. Airborne infections can be anywhere, so you need the mask.

I do wear the mask when I leave my office but for the most part I stay in my office with the door closed and continuously spray Lysol and wipe down my desk and computer with Lysol wipes.

why wait? You can lose all the weight without doing anything, but more importantly you can get in shape without leaving the house.

How fat are you?
This isn’t about me. But I’m 30 lbs overweight. I’m not considered to be in an at risk group.

Congrats on the weight loss. I'm also 5'10 and hovering around 230 at 44 years old, but that's down from 360 18 months ago. My goal is 200. Thankfully, I'm not diabetic nor suffer BP issues and my cholesterol has always been fine. The foods that make up my diet have always been good, for me it was the quantity.

Thanks man. Congrats to you as well. Same here its not just about what you eat its how much you eat. Pretty much eat what I want within reason but less of it. So far it has worked. Down from 330 lbs to 240 lbs. Hell I weighed 270 lbs as an offensive lineman in High School. So I weigh less at 47 than at 18. I hope to get to around 200 lbs as well. I know that is still fat by OT standards but for someone like me that has struggled with weight my whole life I will be happy around the 200 lb mark.

#2 here and yes I am high risk. I do limit myself, but if I need something, I go.

It’s a hypothetical. I noticed you didn’t quote my last paragraph.

It’s a stupid hypothetical.

Stay home if at risk. If comparing the two.

I assume you are asking for yourself?
I'd encourage living a healthier, exercising lifestyle going forward. Even just healthier eating will boost immunity pretty quickly. Exercise will take a few months to start getting meaningful results.

So next flu season you're not at risk.

Best of luck!
You can get healthy!
