Go visit or call the Vet School and see if they have other students looking for roommates for the upcoming year. Gretchen Morgan should be able to give some advice.
When I got in, I’d only been to BR once and simply rented the first place we saw. After the first semester, some classmates and I rented a house and that worked out a lot better.
