Look into Shady Rays. Not super high end, but plenty good enough and you can replace them 3 times with no questions asked

I have Tom Ford, Oakley (old), Persol, Maui Jim, Botega Venetta, Costa, and Salt Optics. I wear the Salt Optics the most.

I probably have some more that I'm forgetting.

If you’re looking for prescription sunglasses Zenni is cheap as shite and I’ve never had a problem

Maui Jim never let me down either

Raybans and Costas are shite now

I wore Costa’s for many years, well before they were so popular. Their customer service was unmatched. In recent years they’ve fallen off in my opinion in both quality and customer service. I recently switched over to Smith optics “chromapops”, great polarization, on the water and in the golf course!

I lose too many sunglasses. I buy the cheapest ones I can get and then when I lose a pair, I don’t care.

Bought my first pair of Costas a couple of weeks ago, and I really like them.

I tried some Oakleys, but they now have Prizm P lenses, which had a strange magnifying effect on my eyes which was uncomfortable.

They’re expensive but they replace lenses and frames for the couple pair I own

Might be different now

Raybans customer service was amazing until they got bought out

Suncloud is good for a pair that won’t break your heart if you lose them. Good polarization too.

Ray Bans or Maui Jim for the “never leaves the car” pair.

A lot of people here don't like them but Oakleys are my favorite, followed by Maui Jim.

Never cared for Costa.

I know they are basically disposable at their price point but the lenses always fail on me.

I wear Native Sunglasses, but most in that price range seem similar. I suppose fit and style are the deciding factors.

I buy Fossil from Sunglass Hut when they’re 2 for $60. I lose and break them, so I’m not spending much.

Persol is owned by Luxottica now which is an issue for some.

If Luxottica is an issue then you can't buy Persol, Ray Ban, Oakley or Costa
