What were the other two? I'd be incredibly pissed at myself if I did that.

I just don't see how over a 30 gets you within the top 5%. I don't want to believe that the bulk of people are that unintelligent. And even if they are, the "smart" ones don't seem to do all that much better. You see shitbags making duckets and people who scored highly languishing on the corporate ladder like rotten fruit.

Made a 35 on Reading. Missed one damn question.

English on the other hand......

I actually got a 35 in English.

32 in Science and 28 in Math, if I remember correctly.

Exactly. ACT doen't mean shite. Some people just aren't good at taking standardized test. I made a 21 on my ACT, graduated top 10 in high school and graduated in electrical engineering. A few people I knew in my high school made 34 on the ACT and dropped out of college with in a year.

I don't feel like researching it. I'll just believe you.

I don't think this thread was that outrageous aside from the obvious jokes, like my first post, which actually was posted with the idea of silly claims in mind.

Rag is right GR, and I have no dog in this discussion. I've seen several of these types of threads (ACT, MCAT, LSAT, etc.) and they all go the same way. Again, it is nearly statistically impossible for this board to contain such worldly geniuses.

It was flipped around for me.
Every other section I'm almost positive I scored above 30, with a 35 in English.

I had an...18 in math, I think.
I just bombed it. I didn't prepare for it and I'm not sure if I finished it.
Composite was 31

Not really. I can't even recall a time when I posted my ACT score on this website.

The only reason I even posted in here was to defend myself against people claiming falsehoods about me.

Also, I'll say if you scored below 20 you should probably be put down.

What's sad is i know multiple people who scored over 30 who went off the deep end and aren't very successful, much less useful.

Also friends with some of the biggest high school slackers who scored in low teens on ACT, who are very successful now.

I scored 21 and stopped there. Doing pretty good now.

Easily my worst score. Embarrassed to say what is was, so I won't. But Math and Science were up there so I ended up doing okay overall.

For someone who is an exceptional reader, I'm baffled at how I could be so terrible at sentence structure and grammar. One would think the two went hand in hand.

it wasnt and they never are nearly as outrageous as some people believe. especially if you account for the absolutely enormous bias of the type of person who would post in an ACT score thread. i feel pretty confident in this thread. i dont post in the bench press threads.
