Yes, I know. Its aggravating. These projects would bring the very jobs that are suited for the majority of our workforce. But along with the race pimps and tree huggers, you also have voices that whine because its "another chemical plant" or "more O&G". The crowd that wants tech jobs and more white-collar positions fails to recognize that the majority of our workforce isn't qualified for that.

And FTR, I am not opposed to data centers. Certainly not the one up in Richland parish. But I don't think there's any problem with people asking questions or voicing concerns about them. I think skepticism is warranted, but it shouldn't parlalyze the state from improving.
