Livingston the town or just LP in general? Most of the areas near BR are fine. It's mostly middle class families and baws. Eastover is a shithole but I seriously doubt they'll be at your baseball tournament.

LP, Arkansas, West Virginia and the likes are laughing all the way to the bank while their residents live life the way those making fun of them wish they could.
These kinds of places are protected secrets because of their stigmas.
