And what is the demographic make-up of those 17 people? This has more to do with demography than populace.

No. There is a prevalence of ignorance and laziness. That’s not being disadvantaged. You assume if people knew how to rise above their circumstances they would. I don’t think it’s that simple.
If you can’t make it in America, you wouldn’t make it anywhere. This is the most advantageous place on earth.
At the end, your failure are your own. You fail, it’s your fault. It’s called being a loser, not disadvantaged. Disadvantaged is code for “not taking responsibility” to change their circumstances and people feeling guilty about others position relative to their own.

immigrants come with no money and dont even speak the language yet rise above and within one generation are better off than the lazy pieces of shite born in this country.
some of these peoples parents came over and did what ever job they could to make it. They did and now their kids are millionaires.
