Dead Flowers - The Rolling Stones

Good song, but I prefer the Townes Van Zandt version.

Reading Ecclesiastes 7:8
Prayer “God have mercy on this sinner.”
Sermon “thanks for coming today”
Incinerate my body.
Pour ashes in a specific bunker at my golf club.
No music.

If I Can Dream

Peace in the Valley

Really I’d be cool if they played 6 or 7 gospel songs, along with the ones listed above, and be done with it... Somebody in our church is going to have to step up and prove they have some talent though, otherwise we’re going Elvis, Johnny Cash, Jordanaire’s, etc. recordings and calling it a day.

It would be cool if they pulled out my late 70s early 80s punk and hardcore records and played them.

Megadeth - Go to Hell, just for kicks. But if my kids had to attend then probably something empowering and meaningful to set a good example. Hopefully I’d be looking down at them for eternity instead of up at them.
