I always thought most of them ended up in Honduras or somewhere like
I may attend one of these auctions

Insurance companies sell them then refuse to insure them afterwards because they have a salvage tile.

IN-TOW
I think its even worse than this. In La. i believe disaster cars get a "certificate of destruction" title. It can't ever be registered to drive on the road again unlike a salvage title

Pretty sure there is a field on I-71 in between Houston and Austin with flooded out cars from Houston as far as the eye can see.

They will be used to build the wall.

They put them under I-10 and you bring a sixer out there and play "smash, bam, boogie" while blaring some orchestra music. Common knowledge

U find them later, in shady arse car lots, in ghettos and rural areas, being sold as good, used cars.
Customers get fricked, shady car salesman and owner gives no fricks

THIS. It's quite the sight to see.
I saw somewhere they said 60% of the cars flooded during Harvey did not have car insurance.
Therefore no insurance and the owners are left to sell it or try to fix it.
They claimed most will be sold off and if possible repaired and sold around the country.
A lot of people are going to get fricked on a flooded used vehicle.

They go to an auction and Mexicans buy them all up.

People can make clean titles magically appear. You'd be surprised

Got an approximate location? I'm out that way often and would like to drone it

71 just north of Columbus and the Colorado river bridge. There are more at the truck factory plant west of Sealy on I-10. I believe more at the old raceway near College Station also.

Buying any car ran by electronics that has been in a flood is a bad idea. If it's older, then yes.

We send them to ISIS and other terrorist organizations
Then they kill us

Those used car lots that you see around.
Do you really need an answer.
