Cheech Marin (from Cheech and Chong) at the airport in Biloxi, MS. He was collecting his luggage and was on the way to do a stand-up show at the Hard Rock. Super nice guy.
Was on the same flight as Smokey Robinson from Burbank to Dallas.

You don't see many people at the airport while boarding your private jet like myself.

I saw Richard Gere in the Anchorage airport. He had a pockmarked face and was with two supermodel types. I guess he was on his way to Asia to see the Dalai Lama. I didn't recognize him at first. It was only later that I figured out who he was.
Shared a plane with some model/actress flying from Dallas to Seattle. I didn't know who she was but the flight attendants were making a big deal over her.

Met Blake Griffin and Dwight Howard 10 minutes apart in LAX.
Sorry, once I started typing I forgot about the airport stipulation. Excuse me baws.

John Calipari in LAS. We were on the same flight back to Memphis when he was still the coach there, flying Northwest.
Fred Taylor sat right behind me and my coworker on a flight back to FLL from Nassau. We couldn't figure out who he was at first, just knew he looked famous and had to be an athlete. Finally my buddy breaks down and asks him who he is. He was like yeah I played RB for the Jaguars for 10 years and I'm with the Pats now. He ended up being one of the nicest guys ever and talked to us the whole flight back.

Oh wait, I also sat next to Anderson Cooper on a flight from Baton Rouge to Memphis after Katrina.
Very nice guy. I was a senior in HS and didn't really know him that well because I didn't give a shite about the news, but my dad explained who he was. He engaged both of us in conversation the whole time, asking about Katrina experience.
Been a fan ever since.

Rabble rabble CNN is fake news rabble rabble

I sat next to Mark May on a flight out of Monroe. Little CRJ plane. We're both 6-6" and it was not very comfortable. He was a nice dude. Lou Holtz and Rece Davis were also on the flight. They were all nice people and accommodated the douches who wanted autographs and pictures.
I've seen some famous athletes/ actors in passing in the Atl airport/ Sky Club.
Once on a flight from ATL to Jackson they stopped the plane on the tarmac. Up runs Haley Barber, the Landmass Governor (apparently there was some emergency he had to get back to Jackson for). I don't recognize him. The rest of the blue haired Mississippians in First Class do. Several of them offered up there first class seat to him because he was about to go back to Coach. Not me. I sat there in seat 1D and enjoyed my vodka tonic. The guy graciously declined all their offers though and went and sat back in the back with the commoners..

Phil Jackson, then coach of Bulls during their heyday, in the Lafayette airport one night. There were 2 people there. Him and me. He was in town for a funeral of an old friend or player I forget.
and I saw Paul Simon in the NOLA Airport one time.

I got stuck behind the entire G Unit group at security years ago in Orlando. There must have been 15 of them and It took forever for them to remove all their jewelry

Meets "Jaws" from the James Bond movies at the Fresno airport. His son played football at Fresno State. His hands were like two small hams. Rode around on a scooter, he could barely walk.
