Instead of debating real issues as to whether a SG city is better than what we have now, they want to talk about something that is of little consequence.

That should be interesting.
EBRSS made a lot of promises when these taxes were first passed. The question is, have they lived up to those promises? Are they using these tax dollars effectively? Did higher pay for teachers put better teachers in the classroom?
EBRSS doesn't want all that debated. They want their tax passed when no one is watching.
