St. George is a win-win for anyone who already has a foot out the EBR door. If it passes, great, we'll stay and see what happens. If it doesn't pass, oh well, off to the burbs we go.

This was the position I was in last go around. I have now left the area, but I'm supporting it again because I'd love to move back someday.
