Not a fan, but a woman with a nice (thin) body can make them work. A fatty just looks fatter in them, but that's true of any clothing.

High waisted pants are fine if you don't tuck in your shirt or wear a crop top. Like pics 1 and 3. Pic 2 is straight up mom jeans and hideous.
