Could be a urethral stricture. No, I'm not kidding... If you can't go within a couple of hours, go to the ER for a catheter.

Sounds like you have so much poo backed up its stretching your intestines to the point it's blocking your urethra. Get a butter knife and start rummaging around in your balloon knot. See if you can't make some headway. If that doesn't work, go to an after hours clinic.

A Diverticulitis attack can mimic these symptoms. Can't pee, can't crap. Very painful. When you are finally able to pee, you feel like breaking open the bubbly to celebrate. Day or so later, able to crap.
That said, I would be getting it checked out at an ER or afterhours before the weekend is out.
