Starting out x-ray pay sucks. But the more years you have in and the more modalities(ct, Mri) you learn the better the pay. I work 8-4:30 mon-Friday. The good thing is you can work all kind of different shifts that fit your lifestyle. I currently make around $30/hr. I have 11 years in the field.

I’m a healthcare IS consultant. It sucks at times, it’s awesome at other times. I work from home and it pays well, so it’s worth it to me.
