Usually (weekdays) just some oatmeal with flax and protein powder. Blueberries, a banana, and pineapple or something. Lots of coffee.

Bowl of fruit Monday - Friday (1/8 of a watermelon most days, sometimes I'll throw in some purple grapes, strawberries, or mango). Weekends is 3 whole eggs, 2 pieces of maple smoked bacon, 2 pieces of toast, and a small bowl of fruit.

2 cups of cold brew coffee, black, every day.

I don't really eat breakfast. I might have some bacon and a few eggs or a couple sausage egg and cheese burritos and/or a loaded hashbrown bowl with some grits but thats about it other than biscuits and gravy.
