What do long pinkie nails mean?

A construction superintendent has long pinkie nails but other nails are tight. Is there any meaning to this?

i had a male co-worker who filed his index finger nail to a point so he could use it as a stylus

It used to be a sure sign of a Coke head, but I think there are some guitar players now that do it but I don’t play guitar so I can’t really tell you what for
