re: What did you want to do for a living when you were a kid?

I wanted to be a physician when I was younger, and a pharmacist when I was a teenager. I didn't end up in either of those careers because I decided that I didn't want to go to school for more than 4 years.
I still ended up in healthcare, and I've already completed 6 years of school. I'll probably go another 2 years later. Funny how those things work out

I decided to become a dentist when I was around 11 years old. Worked out pretty well (aside from destroying my back and neck).

I guess I had a warped view growing up, because I never really thought about it until the day I graduated HS. I had great grades and a full paid+ scholarship to ULL so I thought I'd just figure it out. Ended up dropping out and making my way through life until I got into sales of industrial equipment.
If I could be anything, I'd be a musician. Being that has almost no chance at being successful, I'll stick to providing for my family of 4 comfortably.

I wanted to be Lois Lane, reporter for the Daily Planet.
Yes, I'd still like to be a journalist, but more of a features writer. I didn't major in journalism because the curriculum didn't look all that great.
