This shite happens to me every once in a while but always goes away. Sometimes I can feel my heart sort of skip a beat as well. I actually was at the gym today doing a simple back exercise and my chest felt tight. Then it would feel tight when I would breathe. I am wondering if it’s stressed because of heat and maybe dehydration.

My brother in Christ: for those of us blessed enough to live near an H-E-B with a taqueria it’s best practice to buy n+1 packs of fresh tortillas where n = the number of packs needed for the meal and the + 1 is the pack you eat while you shop/drive home.
